The only good thing I ever got from my ex

I have been with USAA for quite some time now and have never had a problem dealing with a claim or any question I have ever had for them. They have always been very helpful and polite on the phone, very quick and through with claims and I have been very happy with the price. When I got my first car I called geico and they wanted to charge me over $90 more a month then USAA for the same coverage. I have also seen geico not pay the full value for a totaled car they insured and I have dealt with progressive when my car was hit by one of their customers and my car was never fixed correctly. When a deer hit my other car USAA had me use a body shop that did a wonderful job and I had no problems. I really love USAA and I am so glad that I am able to use it! |

USAA INSURANCE NOT WORTH THE EFFORT

My son was in an accident in August of 2007.....We still have NO CLAIM and it is not January....I've called numerous times just to get "we'll call you back "The customer service is extremely poor. I wouldn't use them for anything less then a charity event. I would really like to MF these guys..... |
